What These Terms Cover

The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 99kt platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other services offered to players in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 99kt.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Account Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account details. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 99kt will never ask for your password via email or live chat. You must take the following precautions to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it periodically
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99kt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local and international payment methods to make funding your account as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount
• Bonuses expire after 7 days unless the applicable promotion specifies a different period
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time; bonuses cannot be combined
• 99kt reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice

Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99kt are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. 99kt accepts no responsibility for incorrectly placed bets. The following rules apply across all games and betting markets:

• The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the relevant game table or market
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results from recognised governing bodies such as the ICC or BCB
• Slot and crash game outcomes are generated by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by the player or 99kt

99kt reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game, market, or event at its sole discretion. In such cases, all affected stakes will be refunded in full to players' accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on 99kt. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

99kt actively monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all balances will be forfeited and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
